• Close the awning whenever you leave the RV, even for a short period. Sudden wind can cause serious damage. • No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. A cleaning/deodorizing fee will apply if smoke odors are detected. • Pets are welcome with prior approval only. • No festival • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items. • Please wash dishes and wipe down countertops before returning the trailer. • Empty all trash before checkout. • Empty the gray and black tanks before returning, unless you have prepaid for tank dumping. • Return the propane at the same level it was provided or refill it before returning. • Do not tow faster than 65 MPH. • If freezing temperatures are expected, please contact us for winterization instructions before using the water system. • Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Please report any issues immediately so we can assist. • Most importantly, have fun, make great memories, and treat our trailer as if it were your own!
