5.0Camper owners were terrific! They explained everything clearly before we left. Camper was just what we needed. Nice, comfy, and sturdy. Fridge wasn’t very cold but the A/C worked exceptionally well on the hot days. Lots of storage spaces. 3 power options (AC, propane, and battery). We really liked this camper and its owners! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

You can pickup Sun-Chaser at it's resting place in Andover, MN.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electrical connectors are in the front steel storage bin. Dump station tube is in the other bin. You must dump your gray and black water tanks before returning the trailer. There will be a $250 fee if the tanks are not emptied upon return. If your campsite has potable water, you can hookup a hose directly with the pressure valve attachment. If it doesn't you can fill the tank by connecting a garden hose to the fill valve and placing inside the fill port before turning on the water to the hose.

What happens if anything is damaged?
A.
All accessory items included with your rental will need to reimbursed if lost, stolen or damaged. After the return inspection, any costs to replace or repair any items will be charged to your credit card. This does not apply to the normal reasonable use of consumables. Damage to the trailer itself may be covered by insurance, but you may lose your damage deposit in order to cover insurance deductibles or other fees.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
AIR CONDITIONER: You must be hooked up to electrical service to use the A/C. Also, the T@B must be level from side to side and front to back or the A/C will drain condensation into the T@B causing water damage. LEVELING: The gray tire chucks are used for leveling from side to side. Lay the large wedge in front of tire on the low side concave side up & slowly drive trailer over it until level indicator on front shows level. Then put the smaller gray wedge behind the same tire.
