No refunds will be given for early returns or for loss of use/time due to inclement weather during your rental period.RETURN POLICY: RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance.
The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle.

Jack’s Recon Envy was a blast to drive and camp in. Jack is super communicative and responds within a short amount of time. We had a single issue with the sink’s water smelling bad but Jack provided advise on fixing it it. Very comfortable to sleep in for 2 people. If you’re going to try and sleep 4, the other will likely need to be kids or comfortable with less space up in the pop up tent. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic experience and the first time for all of us in a camper van! Jack was super helpful and clear about the van and options. The van itself is impressive bc it drives like a compact car but then has all of the amenities of a full out camper van. Highly recommend!!

Jack was great. Even let us keep our car in his garage (we live 1 & 1/2 hours away). Overall, great experience! We borrowed a van tent for extra room an the ability to stand up to get dressed. But not necessary if you are not in your mid 60’s like us!
