We rent an RV every summer and struggle to find a RV in good condition and functional. Based on the reviews, age and the price we had hoped this one would live up to the expectation but unfortunately it didn’t. RV is 3 years old but you would think it is 10-15 years old. A lot of damages, nicks, unfunctional équipements all around. This was extremely disappointing. A lot of those could be overcome by providing a great guest service and cleanliness but that too didn’t live up to the expectation. Overall the RV was dirty, drawers, cabinets, dishes were all filthy. We brought our own. While interaction with owner was fine in person. Kind man. The communication via the app was difficult. Response time is very slow. Also messaged the owner after the stay to soften this review but I have yet to receive a response. Ultimately we would certainly not rent again and for being in the guest service business myself (short term rentals), I personally would be ashamed renting my properties in those conditions and with this lack of service.

We had a wonderful trip, and the RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Lauren and Murph were responsive, helpful, and great to work with!

The host and RV were wonderful. Definitely recommend!

As advertised and perfect for my needs. Drove fine and the conditions were aligned with what I was using it for. Murph and Lauren were easy to work with.

Lauren and Murph were so nice and very helpful with instructions since we were first time RV renters. The vehicle worked perfectly for our trip and made for a fun weekend away. It was a little more worn than anticipated based on the description.
