It’s gross vehicle weight is 7,585 lbs. and it’s dry ship weight is 5,449 lbs. it has a 30 gallon gray water tank and a 30 gallon black water tank with water capacity of 43. It is 10ft. 8in. Tall and 8 ft. Wide . It has one slide out . Hitch weight is 640 lbs . Leveling jack , 43” wide wheel base for exceptional towing , power awning , ducted a/c , heat , outside speakers , propane tanks with covers , refrigerator, freezer ,microwave , 3 burner stove , oven , booth dinette , walk through bath with stand up shower , queen size bed , 2 recliner swivel chairs, leatherette sofa ,Bluetooth, cd/dvd, 32” flat screen tv , gas/ electric water heater , front and rear entry doors , outside shower , sofa overhead compartments, stocked kitchenware , dinette table folds out into a double bed , leatherette sofa converts to double bed , window screens , window shades , tv antenta . sway bars included .

Please no smoking , no pets unless a small breed dog up to 25lbs. For a fee of $25 per day , no climbing on roof , remove all trash prior to drop off , makes sure all dishes are washed and put away prior to drop off , septic MUST be pumped before drop off or a $500 fee will be added , no exceptions ! Nothing down the toilet except camper approved toilet paper . Scott’s 1 ply is ok . Also NO EXCEPTIONS! As this could ruin the septic system , please keep track of the camper keys . There will be a $150 fee for lost keys . There is a helpful list of tips for your convience in the camper :) please don’t ever hesitate to call us with any questions at anytime :)
