This was our 1st Rv experience. The RV was described as "Pristine" in description and pics all looked great. Will was responsive prior to pick up and went over everything when we met for pick up. He immediately told us that the retractable stairs were not working, and could either be taken out manually or we could use the portable stool that he provided. Not really a problem for us, but would be if we were older or disabled. overall, the RV was in good working order, however, – several kitchen cabinets had the facing ducted tape on and kept falling off during our trip. The bed unfortunately left me with a stiff back for several days upon our return. Probably would not rent this one again, but overall learned a lot and had a good trip.

Had a terrific trip. The RV is in good shape for it's age and mileage, and had all the essential equipment we needed. Do bring a blanket if the forecast is chilly at night.

We rented this RV to drive to Tuscaloosa and tailgate at the University of Alabama with our son and his friends for a football game. It was the PERFECT tailgate! We were able to cook a spread for the boys and give them a taste of home cooking! We would not have been able to do this without the RV. Will had everything we needed from pots and pans, two tv's, a portable power station, a table to set up another tv outside, camp chairs and more! The college boys were super impressed with the setup. It was the perfect RV experience! This RV slept 4 adults comfortably and had plenty of storage to take everything we needed for the weekend. We recommend renting from Will the next time you want an RV experience. Will has super friendly and in constant contact with us whenever we needed him. 5 star review from this crew!

Where to begin!!! From the very start this was a perfect experience. The owner was very communicative. This was my first time renting (and driving) an RV and the owner walked me through every detail, with the upmost patience. This RV was an easy drive for a first time RV driver and road smooth the entire way. The beds were so comfortable. The RV was clean, and felt spacious- even with 4 people aboard. I could not figure out how to pair my phone with the sound system, and the owner answered me immediately and walked me through how to connect. I HIGHLY recommend renting this vehicle, not only for the vehicle itself but for the outstanding level of customer service that accompanies it. Perfect experience. 10/10
