5.0We had an amazing experience renting this RV and would absolutely do it again. The RV itself was fantastic — very comfortable beds, plenty of space, and everything worked perfectly throughout our trip. It truly felt like a home away from home. The large fridge made it easy to pack everything we needed for our family, and there was so much storage, which made staying organized effortless. We traveled with our two boys, and they had an absolute blast. The TV and WiFi were a huge win for them and made downtime so easy and enjoyable. As first-time RV renters, we were a little nervous going in, but Raul was incredible — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to educate us on how to use everything and even went above and beyond by helping me book a slip for the RV, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. There were a couple of small hiccups at the start, but despite those, I would 100% rent this specific RV again and work with Raul without hesitation. The RV was comfortable, reliable, and such a great setup for a family trip, and we ended up having an unforgettable time. Overall, this was a five-star experience, and we are so grateful for how well everything worked out. Highly recommend!
