• RV must remain on pavement or gravel at all times. No off-road or dirt please. • Please ensure on level surface and leveling jacks in place before extending slide outs. • All tanks (black, grey and water) should be empty upon return. Including empty of all trash, food and personal items. • Dirty linens and towels can be left out together please, so we know what was used and can be properly washed. • Pick up and drop off time is 3pm but we can sometimes accommodate earlier or later times with advance notice. • Regular cleaning is expected but anything excessive Including steam cleaning carpet will be an extra fee. • Smart TV in front room can connect to wifi, has hdmi cable and adapters provided, and antenna extender for local TV channels. Bedroom TV has hdmi cable and adapters.
