We love our Home away from Home and would love to share her with you very spacious with a back slide out giving the living area Lots of room to walk around she’s clean smells nice never been smoked in .1 private bedroom in the front and 2 full size bunks on the other end of the camper a pull out couch bed and dinette bed the AC AND Heat work wonderfully and dry camping with generator also add on available! Both propane tanks are checked prior to each rental to make sure they are full! Front door opens into the living room and back door opens into bathroom ...power slide out awning has lights and outdoor speakers kitchen has microwave stove oven large refrigerator all pots and pans dishes living room has cozy throw blankets games cards the bathroom has hair dryer/straightener towels wash rags hand towels and kitchen towels and rags are also included (bed linens Available Free upon request) We can deliver set up take down and dump tanks post trip if your days and times work with us so that all you have to do is pull up and camp!!! All of our camping gear will come with the rental..2 outside zero gravity chairs and other kids and adults fold out chairs,games, books & extras (also see our add ons) just as if our family was going out we want you to feel like youre at home with us just bring your personal items and enjoy your stay! Message me and I can send more or individual pictures of anything you would like to see :) You are welcome to use anything that is in the camper! Pets allowed. Before choosing delivery please message to make sure the days and times your camping will work with our schedule! If you overflow the tanks it could exceed your security deposit to repair/clean… (never had this to happen but want you to be aware) if you tow camper we will show you before you leave that the tanks are clear and upon return of the camper TANKS MUST BE CLEAR! (Tow away) If tanks have not been dumped when you return the camper we will deduct $150 from your security deposit! Tanks MUST be checked before security deposit will be released! We personally LOVE ZooLand in Asheboro, Haganstone in Pleasant Garden, Oceanlakes in SC, Carolina Pines in SC… we are resort campers where there is a pool all of these have great water amenities and is 5 year old boy approved!!! Please do not put anything (food/large debris) down any drains or the toilet as this all goes into a tank that has to be dumped out and can clog up very easily. A $150 fee will be charged to your security deposit if both gray and black tank are not emptied and maintained correctly before returning unless you opt for delivery tomorrow in which it’s included POST trip! 3.Absolutely NO CLIMBING ON ROOF FOR ANY REASON
4.Awning MUST be brought in during wind, at night and anytime the camper will be unattended
5. No cats
6. You must clean before returning or a $150 Cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit.
7. If you check out of your campsite early and the camper HAS to be moved early (date/time differently than originally agreed upon) we will charge a $100 pick up early inconvenience fee
9. You will have 24/7 access to us via phone and I’m sure most things we can work out over the phone but if you break something due to your negligence and we have to come out to repair/pick up ect you will be charged $100 from your security deposit + repair, supplies ect.
10. You MUST watch your tank levels (we will show you how) if you are at a full hook up site we can show you how to EASILY dump tanks if you are not at sewer hook up you MUST limit your waste (use the bathhouse) as much as possible if you fill up your tanks you MUST pay someone to come out and dump them! If we are available we may be able to come for a fee if not it is your responsibility to find and pay someone to!

Q.What specs do I look for when booking my campsite?
A.
You need a campsite that will accommodate a 32 ft camper. We offer 30 amp electrical hook up and water hose for water hook up; in the even you do not have a 30 amp hook up but only 50 it’s okay we have a converter to make it work also if you don’t have power hook up we offer our generator for $50 a night as a “add on” if you do not have water hook up we have a 40+ gallon fresh water tank we can fill up for you! Boondocking is a GO!!!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If you want to tow the camper yourself the times we can go over everything with you about the camper are very flexible…if you’re wanting delivery of the camper those times are a little more less flexible because of our normal work schedule but we will make it work!
Q.What kind of towing equipment do I need?
A.
You will need a vehicle that is mechanically able to pull the net weight of the camper! Also we will provide you with weight distribution hitch and sway bars. You must provide your own 7 pin break controls.
