Trailer was clean, had all required basic supplies for towing and camping. 2 5/16" ball hitch is required with 7-pin connector for brake controller. Tim communicated well and pickup/drop-off was easy. I would rent again based on trailer condition and Tim's straightforward communications. Thanks!

Tim is absolutely a good communicator, always helpful and accommodating. His rv was spotless and everything was working well. He is always quick to respond. The beds were comfortable and the grandchildren enjoyed staying with us. Tv was great. Shower was clean and well stocked.

Tim was an awesome hosts and was available to answer questions before and during our rental. This was our first camping experience and we are looking forward to the next. RV was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, WiFi, sheets and towels. Thanks again Tim!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Great camper for our family of four + dog, easy to tow and set up, and included nice amenities. Tim was a fantastic host and great to work with. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great RV with everything you need to have a great trip. Host was easy to work with and communicative. RV is located in a safe gated location. Only feedback to future renters where the RV is stored, other vehicles are parked right next to it so backing it into its parking spot when returning may be a little tricky if you are not good at backing a trailer up. Recommend having someone with you to guide you and check distance from other vehicles as not to hit anything. Overall great experience. Would rent again!

Tim is a great host! Communication was quick, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. The trailer was clean, super easy to tow, and perfect for a 4 night getaway!
