Responsive and accommodating hosts
Allison and Tim quickly answer questions, providing extras like blankets and toys, and flexibly accommodated last-minute bookings or trip plan changes. Tim also offers helpful setup/orientation services.
Easy to tow, clean, well-equipped
The 2021 Heartland Pioneer is immaculate, spacious with bunk beds, an outdoor shower, and fully stocked with cast iron pans and games. The provided hitch with swaybars makes towing easy and stable.

5.0Great trailer. Perfect for a small family. Big fan of the outdoor shower and our kids loved the bunk beds. Would recommend the generator. Worked well for A/C, water heating, and overall electricity. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would rent from them again. Also, would highly recommend using their hitch (swaybars included). It made pulling the trailer (3+ hours for us) was easier and didn’t feel any sway.

5.0We had a need for a last minute booking with family coming to our cabin - Tim & Allison came in clutch! The trailer was extremely clean, and they even provided extra pillows knowing the weather was going to be cooler than usual. Because we were at our cabin we opted for delivery and pick up of the trailer which worked out wonderfully. They were super responsive, and the listing was just as advertised. Thanks for a great experience.

5.0What a great rental experience! Allie was fantastic to work with both up-front and during the trip and was fast and responsive on communications. The RV was perfect and plenty roomy for my wife and I during our week at Yellowstone. The RV was well stocked with the normal consumables, plus some nice extras! The extra blankets Allie threw in for us were perfect for the chilly nights and mornings. We did an owner drop-off, setup, and pick-up and Tim was prompt on timing and super helpful showing us the details of the RV once he had it all setup and hooked up for us. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend renting from Allie & Tim!
