Responsive, accommodating, and helpful
Sirnette (or VS) is highly praised for quick responses, accommodating last-minute bookings, providing helpful assistance (including FaceTime), and making the rental process easy. One guest reported unhelpful advice and a booking was canceled.
Easy to drive, comfortable, and well-equipped
Often described as easy to drive, comfortable, and luxurious with good gas mileage and amenities. However, one recent review reported severe issues: vehicle was dirty, AC and generator broken, multiple warning lights (brakes, DEF), useless backup camera, and smelly bathroom.

1.0The RV was very dirty. The refrigerator was so dirty that we just did not use it at all. I don’t think they clean this vehicle at all, as we found candy bags and other trash in the glove compartment and other places. The AC stopped working after 1 day, so we had to drive with our windows down for the rest of the trip at 86 degree heat. When we contacted the host, he suggested running the generator to turn on the house ac, but even the house ac kept blowing warm air. Also, the generator would shut off after 10 minutes of driving. I made sure to ask if it was ok to run the generator while driving, and he said yes. Lots of broken things inside. The brake wear warning light came up right after pick up, so every time I stepped on the brake, the car beeped for 3 seconds. It gets VERY annoying after 1 day. When I notified the host, he said that’s new, but it shouldn’t hinder with driving. The back up camera is useless as it’s extremely cheap and cannot see anything. The diesel exhaust fluid warning light came up. The blind spot warning system was down. The backup warning sound was broken. The TV inside is not connected to the car audio, so it had to be on full blast when watching and the driver had to listen to the loud sound the whole time as the tv is right behind and above the driver. The bathroom started to smell after a day even when we did not use it first day. Basically, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It was not worth the price, and I wish I had gone with a different listing.
