This unit has a large 450, 10-cylinder, gasoline engine for plenty of power for going over steep mountain passes and towing. Brand new tires, brakes, 55-gallon gas tank, 20.2 gallon propane tank, electrical outlets inside/outside. One 36” slider broadening the interior use space for comfortable camping. The unit has a new external 14 ft. awning, providing shelter from sun and rain. Brand new tires, low mileage of 35,000. The interior is sparkling clean, like new. All bedding, sheets, towels sterilized before every trip. There is a 30-gallon freshwater tank on board and a 10 gallon hot water heater. Built in electrical indicators show gas, water and generator usage. You should have a great trip with this outstanding motorhome. Anything else you need can be provided upon request. Back up camera. Late May 2024, we spent over $8,000 completely restoring the exterior of this unit and is showroom quality in and out. Absolutely fabulous.The unit features:

5.0My family of four had such a great time in this cute little camper! It was clean and had so many amenities, the blankets, the cutlery and dishes and pots, garbage bags, cleaning supplies. It was just awesome. We didn’t have to think about anything. And coming from out of town it was extremely helpful. It was comfortable for the four of us and perfect fitting into every camp place that we booked. We love that we were able to use the generator when we needed it and everything worked perfectly. Will definitely be booking with the Fletchers again!

3.0The RV was great and had a lot of luxury however a big issue is the fridge/freezer and that it is not connected to the auxiliary battery. We were told it would run off the gas however that didnt work so we were forced to use the generator and then charged extra for this after it was returned. Communication in general could have been better. I believe it has since been made more apparent of the extra mileage and generator costs.
