5.0This was our first time renting an RV. The team at Trailhead, specifically Aaron were tremendous. Communication prior to pick-up was perfect and our orientation led by Aaron was detailed enough but not overwhelming. We had zero issues with operating the RV or “hooking up” to utilities at each RV campsite. The vehicle was brand new and impeccably clean. They also provide you with a manual created for each RV with all the information you may need. There are also QR codes within the manual that connect you to a YouTube video on the topic in question. Clever and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this first-time experience and highly recommend Trailhead RV Rental in Aurora, CO
