SOOO theses are the rules.-Keep pets OFF the bed and dinette benches at all times (If you know they can't obey this, please don't bring them)-No leaving pets in the trailer unattended UNLESS in a crate (Not even for a few minutes)-Let your pets out frequently. If they have an accident clean it up immediately.RULES
-Absolutely No smoking in the camper
-Black & Grey tanks must be emptied or a Dump fee will be charged
-No climbing/sitting on-top of trailer unless absolutely necessary
-We strongly recommend driving no faster than 65 miles per hour regardless of speed limit.

Will I be charged a cleaning fee?
A.
We love camping and want to keep our rig affordable for everyone to enjoy. We provide cleaning supplies and ask that you clean the trailer at the end of your rental. Including wiping down surfaces in the bathroom, kitchen, dinette, spills in the microwave & fridge. Cleaning windows. Sweeping & cleaning the floor. Washing all dishes and taking out the trash. If you would rather not clean OR if the rig is particularly messy we charge a $50 basic cleaning OR $100 deep cleaning fee as necessary.

Do I need to dump the grey and black water tanks?
A.
Yes you are required to empty grey and black water tanks at the end of your rental. If you are at a campsite with hook ups you still need to "Flush" the black tanks with grey or fresh water. You are also required to keep hoses and attachments clean. Which requires flushing all hoses and attachments with fresh water before storing. This is an easy mess free process If done correctly. If you would rather not empty grey and black water tanks OR fail to do so. We charge a $50 dump fee.

What vehicle do I need to tow the trailer?
A.
At this time we require delivery for first time Outdoorsy renters and those inexperienced with towing. We can deliver up to an 90 minutes away from our location for a fee. Please reach out to us if you have owned a trailer or have experience towing. Our rig is small but a little heavy at 7200lbs and requires a Capable Truck with a 10,000lb 2 5/8 Ball hitch with a 7 pin connector to tow it. Because its heavy, you should even check to see that your Ford F-150 can tow it.

The Perkins brothers, Jon & Mike, worked hard to buy and renovate the Blissful Bear as a way for them and their family to escape the mundane day to day lockdowns during Covid 19. Now they wanted to share that joy of escape with others!
Life is mundane, we only work to pay for all the "stuff" we have, all the bills, all the things that have found their way into lives.
The problem is, we usually don't get to enjoy the things we collect and rarely get to enjoy our lives the way we had planned.
We get up, drop the kids off at school, drive to a job, work all day to make a little money, pick up the kids, rush to grab a crappy meal, get home, wash the dishes, clean the laundry and pay the bills for the stuff we don’t need. At the end of the day filled with being busy, we get the kids to bed all so we can finally stop rushing so much and working so hard. When we finally get a chance to sit for a minute, we flip on Netflix and watch someone else go on adventure.
When we have had our fill of seeing all the things we can’t have and can’t do, we peel ourselves off the couch and go to sleep exhausted only to wake up and do it all over again. Day after day, week after week. Wearing ourselves out with the mundane routine of work, rush, wish, worry, sleep.
When any semblance of freedom comes a glimmer of hope in the form of a vacation or 4 days weekend, we look at the calendar, then look at our schedule and we simply can’t bring ourselves to add more things to our plate. “Go on an adventure?” we dread the thought of packing everything up, getting the car and the camping gear, the junk and the clutter and stuff... All the stuff we will have to assemble just to spend some time with our family in nature. We love the idea but hate the process… "it's just not worth it" we think, "maybe next time. We will stay at home this time" and we do. We never go on our adventure, putting it off for a lifetime.
We know a better way. We see Life as the adventure. Live now, live free, enjoy the adventure, savor the journey because you may only travel down theses open roads once.
