Great Camper for a family because of the space and sleeping capacity. There is a full size bed in the bedroom, full size bunk beds, pull out sofa similar in size to a futon and the kitchen table converts into a bed and is more for a child. My 13 year old who is about 5'5 can sleep on it to give you an idea of space. It could fit 2 small children on it. The specs for the camper say it is a 10 person sleeper but i would say that comfortably its 8 but if you have small children then yes you could do 10. When the camper slides out there is room in the living room for a full/queen size blow up mattress. We use one all the time when we have a full house!Additional Outside kitchen that includes small fridge and gas burners. Large TV inside the camper that has DVD player with satellite tv. We have several DVDs to use as well. There is a radio with inside and outside speakers.This Camper has a bathroom with a sink and shower that also has an additional door from the outside to the bathroom so you can go in and out of it from the outside rather than walking through the RV every time.We don’t usually cook inside the camper because we love to grill while we are camping. We offer a small table top grill for rent if you need one to enjoy your campsite!

If there is a mechanical failure or problem
requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are providedNo Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until a professional cleaning can be obtained. Whatever the cleaning specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.Upon return the tanks will need to be dumped. If the tanks are not dumped you will be charged a $300 fee.Dog are allowed to travel with you, we love them and know they are part of the family. If you decide to bring a pet along the $69 interior insurance fee will be required since we know accidents happen.We offer several add-on that that you may need, like additional camping chairs, small fold out table or a generator if you are staying in a park without electric.
