Very communicative and helpful host. We've rented from them twice for a reason! There were some battery issues so we had to run the generator more than we wanted to keep the fridge cold, but overall the host handled the problems well.

The RV was really good. The beds were comfortable and the water use was frequent. I liked how every door and window had an insect net, so it was easy to get fresh air without bugs. One disappointed was that the main air conditioner didn’t work properly. Otherwise, our camping trip was pretty nice.

The most accommodating hosts i have had the pleasure of renting from. Extremely professional, courteous, and easy to work with regarding changes to my plans due to weather delays. Any issues were resolved expeditiously and picking up and dropping off were coordinated stress-free. 10/10

Driving and Usage Limits: Will go over any restrictions on where the renter can drive the RV, such as off-road areas, restricted roads, or certain geographical limitations. Also, specify any mileage restrictions if applicable. 4. Cleaning and Maintenance: RV is Required to be clean by the renter before returning it and ensure it's in the same condition as when they received it. Charges may apply if the RV is excessively dirty or if any damages occur due to negligence. 5. Prohibited Activities: Some activities that are strictly prohibited during the rental period are smoking, no pets inside/outside RV. 6. RV Setup and Operation: We will Provide clear instructions on how to set up and operate the RV's amenities, appliances, and systems. During Check-In and Delivery we will go over the details about any specific procedures that require attention, such as how to dump waste tanks or operate the generator safely. 7. Safety Guidelines: During Check-In we will go over all safety rules and regulations while operating the RV, including the use of control panel and not exceeding weight limits. 8. Travel Restrictions: If there are any specific areas or national parks with regulations that the renter must be aware of, Renter must do their research before booking with us and inform Owner in advance to avoid any issues during their trip. 9. Breakdowns and Emergencies: Will be Provided such as emergency contact information and instructions on what the renter should do in case of mechanical breakdowns or accidents. 10. Return Time and Late Fees: Owner will clearly state the time and date by which the RV should be returned to avoid any late fees.
