Damage will result in forfeiture of security depposit it is not covered by insurance.Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. If not, a fee of $100will be added.Camper must be proper clean inside before returning. If not $150 deep cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit.Propane tanks must be refilled prior to return. If not a fee of $100will be added.Pets are not allowed. 1.0Beware and make sure you ask detailed questions upfront. The owner, Lakhwinder, added unexpected charges after the rental, including an additional $150 cleaning fee on top of the already required $100 prep fee, claiming there was excessive sand—which was not accurate. Additionally, a $50 gas fee was added despite having photo evidence showing the gas level was the same as when we received it. I strongly recommend documenting everything and clarifying all fees in advance before booking.
