The 2021 Dutchmen RV Coleman Lantern Series 17B is a great camper! When you come into the camper upfront you'll find a queen bed with storage under the bed. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper with a nice sink, counter and 2 burner stove, along with a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The back provides bunk beds and a decent sized bathroom with a shower.It is fully stocked with all the necessary items you will need for a weekend/week camping getaway.Just bring your clothes & food & enjoy our camper!Was ist inbegriffenIncludes: Bedding for bunks & Queen Bed

Weitere wichtige DingeCamper needs to be swept out and hard surfaces washed down (including bathroom) upon return. If its more convenient for you, we will do it for $50.
Propane Tank needs to be refilled and if not then there will be a $25.00 fee.Camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition from initial pick up/delivery.The RV requires class 3 or 4 hitch the Trailer ball size - 2-5/16" , 7 pin round tow plug and break controls. Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $75.00 clean out fee.This is a no smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $100** Pick up is at 10am no time later and drop off is between 10am-12pm. There is a add on for any additional hours after the 10am pickup time and beyond the 12pm drop off time. It is $50 Per hour. Please keep in contact with us in case of emergency or delay.
