Propane Tank needs to be refilled and if not then there will be a $25.00 fee.Camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition from initial pick up/delivery.The RV requires class 3 or 4 hitch the Trailer ball size - 2-5/16" , 7 pin round tow plug and break controls. Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $75.00 clean out fee.This is a no smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $100** Pick up is at 10am no time later and drop off is between 10am-12pm. There is a add on for any additional hours after the 10am pickup time and beyond the 12pm drop off time. It is $50 Per hour. Please keep in contact with us in case of emergency or delay.

The camper was amazing! Perfect for a short getaway or a long trip! It has everything you want and need while camping and on the road! I will DEF be renting this in the future! Thanks so much Mariea!

5.0The camper was great and worked out well for an extended trip out west. It traveled with no issues and was user friendly. We extended our reservation a couple days and the owners were very accommodating. I can comfortably recommend Mariea's 2021 Dutchmen.
