The bunkhouse will sleep 6 easily. Two double beds, a single/twin bunk, and a trundle pull out (possibly 7). Queen bed in master. A pull out couch for 2 and U-shaped dinette will accommodate 1-2 more. I have a supply hose with regulator and filters for clean water and a quick hook up. 30 amp service. AC and heater work great. This is a comfy unit with plenty of room. It pulls nice and there is a sway bar. I installed an electric jack to make things even easier. Not too big, and not too small. Overall length is 34 feet. We are a family of 6 with a german shepherd and a little Australian shepherd that prances around like a cat. I call it cat and I get yelled at for that lol. We love exploring mountains and beaches. Hiking, all water activities, and just about everything in between. Nature is great! If you have never seen the neature walk vids on youtube, check them out and you will get a sense of our humor. Isn't that neat? That's pretty neat! This is the perfect unit for our family and trust it will accommodate yours as well.
