This is a 2018 21 foot trailer that has two single bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a kitchen table that can be made into another bed, so it can sleep 5 people.Like you’d expect with a newer trailer, it has an electric awning led light strip under the awning, outside speakers that are blue tooth capable, and it has a full refrigerator with a separate freezer and refrigerator. Very few trailers of this size and weight class have a full size refrigerator.The trailer has all the basics you need, plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, fresh sheets, coffee maker and toaster, 5 camping chairs and folding table for outside the trailer, Coleman cook stove with small propane canisters if you prefer to cook outside the trailer.The trailer has electric brakes, so your tow vehicle needs to have a 7 pin connector to tow it. The Trailer weighs 3,300 lbs empty, so it can be towed by most 6 cylinder trucks, vans, or SUVs, but check your manufacturer’s towing guidelines.Cleaning supplies are provided in the trailer. If the trailer is not brought back cleaned and emptied of trash, there is a $20 cleaning fee. If the grey/black water tanks are not brought back empty, there is a $50 emptying fee. Neither of these fees will be charged if the trailer is brought back clean with empty tanks.The pick up / drop off times Monday-Friday are after 5:00 PM unless other arrangements are made. My hours on the weekend are flexible.

We have been cross country, from Florida to Maine, and across much of Canada with our kids.
