5.0Shane was great and the RV was a big hit with my family. The double bunks were amazing and made for roomy sleeping quarters for everyone. Shane was very responsive and professional. He went through everything carefully and made the rental process clear and easy. I would definitely rent from Shane again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

5.0Shane was very accommodating regarding our arrival time. RV was clean and everything was in working order. Shane had lots of extra things available for use which came in handy! Would definitely consider renting with him in the future.

4.0Having the RV delivered and set up was great! Our only complaint was that we had no hot water so we couldn't take showers or wash dishes. Shane was awesome and tried troubleshooting the issue but was unsuccessful and needed to order a part. The part didn't come in during our time camping because it was the weekend. So, we had to shower in the bathhouse at the campground which had a cost. Although a small cost, it was very inconvenient. Hopefully, Outdoorsy and/or Shane will offer an appropriate refund for the issue. I will definitely rent again in the future because I love camping and the fact that I don't have the stress of actually owning and towing my own camper is fantastic!
