Offering up our Clean and Classy 2022 Forest River Sunseeker for memorable family trips this summer/fall! We have traveled in all weather and road conditions with this RV and our 30' pull behind trailer and when you are on the move with kids, a motorhome is Definitely the way to go! It just makes adventuring SO much easier and much more comfortable.With the ability to sleep 8 comfortably, we specifically chose this model for it's non-pop-out queen bed with a transitional solid bathroom door that converts the back bedroom into a private suite.
Full private bathroom includes shower, toilet, and sink. The 16' drivers slide includes the dinette and sofa, for extra roomy feel.Additional sleeping options include:
*Over cab queen sized bunk for 1-2 adults or 2 kids, (with privacy curtains)
*Sofa that converts to a short double for 1-2 kids
*Dinette conversion for 1-2 kids.Spacious enough for 4 adults, + kids, although the over-cab bunk is not the most comfortable for anyone over 120lbs.Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large refrigerator/freezer, propane stovetop, and microwave oven. Toaster and keurig coffee is also provided.
Bedding and towels are available as optional add-ons for guests that do not want to bring their own. Please be sure to select the appropriate add-on at time of booking.32" TV with connection ports and DVD access is also available.Please Read:
*No smoking, vaping or drug use in RV.
If not observed, you will be billed for professional remediation services, in addition to a $1000 service fee for disruption of calendar and bookings.*No pets permitted, due to family allergies. These additional vehicles are NOT covered by insurance.*Return RV with full gas tank. Host refills at rate of $6/gallon*Tanks must be returned empty.
