To make sure every renter has a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that you follow these guidelines. All renters and drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. Smoking is not allowed inside RVs or automobiles, and a $500 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a possible cleaning fee; they are not permitted in trailers. RVs come with propane ready to use and do not need to be refilled. Waste tanks must be emptied before return or a $50 service fee will apply. Please return all units clean and tidy. RVs and automobiles should be free of trash with surfaces wiped down, while trailers must be completely cleared of dirt, trash, and debris. Excessive mess may result in cleaning charges of up to $250. Motorized rentals (RVs and automobiles) must be returned with the same fuel level as departure. Each includes a daily mileage allowance, and extra miles are billed at the posted rate. Vehicles and trailers may only be used on maintained roads; no off-road, unpaved, or beach use without written approval. Festival or event use also requires written approval. For trailers, renters must use properly rated tow vehicles with the correct hitch, brake controller (if required), and 7-pin connector. Safe loading and proper use of straps or tie-downs is the renter’s responsibility. Out-of-state travel is allowed, but travel outside the U.S. (Mexico/Canada) requires prior written approval. Roadside assistance is included for RVs and automobiles. Renters are responsible for all damage, accidents, and tire blowouts during the rental period. Insurance coverage is required through the rental platform, and renters remain liable for anything not covered.
