• Please keep the awning in if you are not using it. It can be easily damaged by wind.
• Pickup time can be anytime. 9 AM is the earliest it will let me select on this listing.
• If the camper is returned with tanks still needing to be emptied, there is a $50 add on charged to the security deposit.
• If the camper is returned dirty (including dishes to be washed), there is a $100 cleaning fee charged to the security deposit.
