Responsive, flexible, and informative
Hosts Jessica and Tyler/Taylor communicate well, accommodate last-minute bookings, provide helpful walkthroughs, answer questions, and respond quickly. They pleasantly addressed a tank issue.

The 2022 Keystone RV Bullet is a new, fully furnished trailer. Guests noted it was super clean, though some kitchen items needed attention and gray/black water tank indicator lights had an issue.

4.0Taylor and Jessica are great hosts, and great communicators. We would absolutely rent from them again. I feel it is important to be honest: there was an issue with both the gray and black water tank indicator lights. They were very pleasant in dealing with the issue but it did make for a more difficult (and stressful) camping experience. I fully expect that they will address the issue and we would definitely rent from them in the future. (I never did meet Jessica: it was Tyler that we met with at pick-up and drop-off). As for cleanliness, the trailer itself was mostly clean though a handful of the kitchen items could have used some attention.
