Brand New Condition 2017 Winnebago Cambria Class C (30 amp) with all the amenities. Three slide outs, self-leveling, automatic awning with LED lighting. TV with blue-ray. Queen size sleep number bed with additional sleeping for 4 comfortably.This Motorhome drives like a dream. Rear and side view cameras provide terrific visibility. The kitchen includes a sink, large refrigerator and a convection/microwave oven, Keurig and is fully equipped - all utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups--Stocked! Camp table and four outdoor chairs are also provided.We also provide a step by step checklist for the operation of the motorhome; and allow plenty of time for training when you arrive to pick it up.Please note we have a 6 night minimum rental. Rules: Yes, I guess we must have rules, so here goes: You will start with a full tank of gas, and it is to be returned full. Same for the propane. It will be clean for you, so please return it in the same condition. Please stay on roads and highways. No off-road excursions. A single well-behaved small pet is welcome (under 30 lbs.). When returned, all surfaces should be clean, all trash removed, and nothing left in the vehicle that didn’t initially come with the vehicle. Clean any dog messes, and any spills. Sweep out floor (broom provided in boot). Lysol wipes and dog clean up spray is provided. Absolutely no smoking in the motorhome. Doing so will forfeit your entire security deposit.
