Complete package! Sleeps up to 8 persons with the bedroom having a queen size bed, two twin beds in the bunkroom, sleeper sofa (full/queen) and convert the dinette to a bed (full/queen). Kitchen has a pantry and an island with sink providing additional countertop space. All rooms have TVs with DVD players. The trailer also has an outdoor kitchen with stove, grill, sink, cabinet space, and most importantly, the outdoor fridge for frosty beverages. If you are a little dirty from playing outside, it also has an outdoor shower with hot water. We will include 4 camp chairs and a x-large outdoor mat.
Renters will need to provide their own linens, dishes and cooking utensils. I will provide toilet paper
An optional delivery, set-up, and pick-up fee of $100 can be requested if within 50 miles of my location and we can negotiate further distances if this interests you.
The minimum tow capacity weight is 9000lbs but plan for 10,000 with belongings to be safe.
