Kirk went out of his way to help secure alternate transportation and contacted Outdoorsy for reimbursement during a mechanical issue, and replied immediately to user issues with the van.
Easy to drive and handle
Guests consistently mention it's easy to drive, handles well on bumpy dirt roads and in 4-6" of snow, and is easy to use with features like electric bed and quick hot water. It also kept them warm in winter.

5.0Everything went great. Easy to drive, easy to use all the features. Super nice to have a heater overnight on the shoulder season. We even drove through 4-6" of snow and had no problems.

5.0Perhaps most important is how a host reacts when things do not go as planned. In our case we had a mechanical issue in upper Montana (stuff happens). Coach-Net roadside assistance (the service that Outdoorsy contracts with) determined the vehicle needed to be toed. Kirk went out of his way to help us secure alternate transportation and contacted Outdoorsy to reimburse us for lost time. Kudos to Kirk!

5.0We loved this campervan. Loved sitting g up high, the electric bed, how the hot water got warm for showers so quickly, having the bedding and camp stove/chairs included. We had an amazing week in the Revel!
