• 2019 Mallard Bunkhouse Camper Rental Rules & Guidelines Thank you for choosing our camper for your adventure! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these rental rules: General Rules ✅ No Smoking – Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. ✅ Pets Allowed – Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please clean up after them and prevent any damage to the camper. ✅ Festivals & Tailgating Allowed – This camper can be used at festivals and tailgating events, but please take extra care to prevent excessive wear and tear. ✅ No Climbing on the Roof – The roof is not designed for foot traffic and must not be climbed on. Use & Care ✅ No Flushing Toilet Paper – Do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Please dispose of all toilet paper in the provided trash can to prevent clogs and damage to the plumbing system. ✅ Cleanliness – Please return the camper in the same clean condition as when it was picked up. ✅ Holding Tanks – The black and grey water tanks must be emptied before returning the camper, unless prior arrangements are made (dumping fees may apply). ✅ No Off-Roading – The camper is not designed for off-road use. Please stick to paved roads and designated RV sites. ✅ Power & Water Hookups – Use only proper electrical hookups (30 amp) to avoid damage to the camper’s electrical system. Towing & Setup ✅ Proper Towing Vehicle Required – Renters must have a vehicle capable of safely towing the camper’s weight. ✅ Brake Controller Required – A brake controller is required for safe towing. ✅ Proper Setup & Leveling – The camper must be set up on level ground and properly stabilized before use.
