- Winter booking must keep thermostat set to a minimum of 60 degrees at ALL times, even when not in the camper and keep a few cabinets open that I will point show upon arrival. Also, must keep water on a slow drip overnight. Renter will be liable for repairs on any pipes freezing.
- No off-roading.
- Renter MUST disclose any festivals being attended.
- Please no smoking, vaping, or drug use; if the camper comes back smelling of any kind of smoke your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
- THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT:
Take lots of pictures, listen to your music a little louder than normal, make sure the drinks stay cold, laugh, then laugh some more, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
