This was my very first time in a sprinter van and overall it was great. Jennifer was communicative pre, during, and post (I thought I left something). She not only sends you that video all the other reviews reference, but when you forget what it says (like where the bug screen is) and you're at a campsite that won't load YouTube, she'll answer by text the same question (thanks again, Jennifer). For a first time Sprinter van experience it met expectations if not helped me get used to driving and living in a vehicle of this size without issue. It helped me learn quickly what I wanted in my own, and what I'd change. We did use the toilet (easy peasy), we did use the fridge (so much more space than anticipated), we did use the hose, but not to shower (so convenient) and felt cozy with all the small touches Jennifer clearly thought of throughout her travels. The 2 biggest "issues" we had were that (1) the ceiling vent got stuck (which Jennifer warned us about when we picked it up) and we struggled to reopen it manually (even after she showed us how to do it). So instead, we wound up just using the side windows and it kept airflow nicely. On the hottest evening, we used the bugscreen until about 10p and it did the trick! The other struggle we had was super minor - it was tough to see the speedometer with sunglasses on. We both wanted it to be a bit brighter as we were driving. Again, so, so minor and definitely a preference thing. I would absolutely rent from Jennifer again (if she'd have us). We took Antonio VANderez to the northern Oregon coast and back with our pup and had such a memorable experience. I can't thank Jennifer enough!!!

We loved “Antonio VANderas!” This van was thoughtfully put together and made our weekend getaway super comfortable and fun! Jennifer made a really nice video explaining all of the van’s cool features (made it easy to use) and she’s incredibly easy to communicate with. We already talked about booking the van for other summer trips! We highly recommend booking with Jennifer!

Jennifer was a wonderful host. The Van was well appointed and super easy to use. We loved it.
