What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We're flexible! The RV is located on our property and we can make a plan to fit your vacation schedule, even if you have to pick it up at 2am. Just let us know.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Simply plug the 30a trailer cord into your provided receptacle if you have one. There will be a standard garden hose provided for water connection to "city connection". If you need to hook up the black tank for sewer connection, let's chat about it upon pickup.

How do I level the trailer once I'm at my spot?

A.

The best way to do this is use the bubbles near the tongue and roll the trailer wheels up onto the provided blocks for side to side leveling. The "auto feet" are not designed to "level" the trailer, only stabilize and fine tuning. The tongue jack can be used to level it front to back.

How long will the battery bank last?

A.

With 400 amp hours, you can expect 7-10 days of light to moderate use without sun. This will greatly depend on your inverter usage. For example: With light camping use, this trailer’s battery bank can power lights, water pump, phone/laptop charging, vent fans, TV, and Starlink Mini for 5–10 days without solar. Many guests can operate indefinitely. High-draw appliances can drain batteries in hours if used consistently.
