5.0The vehicle was everything we wanted during our trip to Canada. The pop-out more than doubles the living space, and the hot water, shower, and other amenities worked flawlessly. Learning my way around the vehicle's onboard systems was straightforward. Our hosts were great, and I would definitely rent from them again :)

1.0This is my 2nd trip with RVan Adventures and Emily and Jarret are very friendly and more than accommodating. We had one unfortunate mishap with the microwave and outlets not working on our trip, they were attentive to our issue as promptly as possible. We attempted to trouble shoot the issue via phone, FaceTime, text and pic messages. And although there was no resolve to the issue, they did make it right by offering a fair reimbursement for our inconvenience. Turns out it was an easy fix once we got it back to them and now they know for future rentals how to trouble shoot the issue. Looking forward to renting with them again in the future.
