Step inside just behind the front recliner passenger seat that swivels around easily providing extra seating when parked. Very open space feel as you look back and see almost the entire wall slide fully behind the passenger seat, plus a second living area slide opposite extends out the couch and dinette, and a third slide slides out for the bed. The living room has a Rest Easy sofa with both sections electronically reclinable to watch movies on the 48" television with surround sound. Below the television is an electric fireplace. There is a BenchMark dinette with seating for four. All seats have seat belts.
There is a bike rack on the rear for two bikes, and a ton of storage underneath the unit.The kitchen has all the amenities including a double sink, counter space, a residential refrigerator, w/ ice maker, a convection oven/microwave, plus three burner gas range. To the right of the fridge is a pantry, and below the pantry is a washer/dryer combo to do your laundry!A half bath is centrally located and offers a vanity with sink, plus toilet and overhead storage.Next, a double sliding door leads into the rear bedroom and master bath. On your left is a wardrobe with a 32" TV as part of the full wall slide. Opposite enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on a King bed slide out including nightstands and overhead storage. The thin king mattress was replaced with a full sized 14" thick king with a pillow top. A second sliding door leads to the rear full bath featuring a shower with an aftermarket high pressure nozzle, a toilet, and vanity with sink, plus overhead cabinets!
Outside area has push button controlled wide awning and comes equipped with exterior entertainment center w/TV, stereo, and DVD/CD player.
The cockpit has an aftermarket tire pressure and temperature sensors that will alert of overheated tires. Also installed is a Garmin RV 770 navigation system. This will not only show you and tell you how to get to wherever you want to go but it also will prevent you from going down a road that has a bridge too low for the vehicle to go under or a road that the motor home will not fit through, etc. The unit uses 50 amp service. Attached to an aftermarket Camco voltage protector which protects all of your electrical equipment from surges or power losses. The 2 air conditioners are vented throughout the ceiling as well as heating vents throughout the floor, and the fireplace in the living room.
A rear Super Steer trac bar & a front Safe-T-Plus Steering Control were added to make driving Much more stable with passing semis and hard winds. DirecTV satellite has been added too.
I work Mon-Fri. Pickup is dependent on you and I meeting the day of pickup or sometime before and going over the paperwork and the unit. I require 1-2 hours of your time to go over all equipment and verify that you know how to drive a unit this size. No exceptions. It must also be returned at a time that I can go over it with you to verify that all fluids are filled back up and no damage has occurred to the unit. There will be no case where I will be meeting you half way or delivering the unit to you. Pickup and drop of are in Benton, Kentucky.
