Welcome to our home away from home. As a matter of fact, this was our home for a little over a year. Our family has made many great memories in this camper and we hope yours will too! Our camper will sleep 6-8 comfortably.The master bedroom features a queen size bed, large closet, smart tv and washer and dryer. Next to the master is the bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage space. Down the hallway you will find the loft, which all the kids love.The kitchen features all residential stainless-steel appliances. The Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to whip up any meal, all you have to do is bring the food. The kitchen also features a large pantry.Right off the kitchen is the bunk room. There is currently no bed in this room as we used the space for a pack n play and toddler bed. We have also used this space to make a pallet for the kids. This room also has great storage with cabinets located on both side of the desk.The living area features theater style powered recliners and a fold out couch. There is a large tv located in the living room with a Roku to stream all your favorite shows.The outside of this camper features two awnings, a sink area with mini fridge, outdoor string lights, and plenty of storage space. You will also find a large outdoor rug and a couple camping chairs for your use. We also have a small blackstone that you are welcome to use.All necessary power cords (50 amp), surge protector, adapters, water hoses, and sewer connections are included. Set up is made easy with the auto leveling system.Please, no smoking inside the camper. We are very strict on this policy, and your security deposit will be forfeit.** Delivery/Set up is available to you (weekends only) for an additional fee of $250 within 60 miles of Berry, Alabama. Additional fee of $3.25 per mile after 60 miles. **All delivery rentals must pay $50 dump fee if campsite doesn’t have sewer hookups!If renter chooses to pick up the camper themselves, the refundable security deposit will be increased to $1000.00 to help cover damages while towing!!Was ist inbegriffenWe provide all the necessities needed for your stay, including towels, linens, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and toilet paper.
