Kitchen area includes sink, stove top, oven, microwave, with a five & half-foot fridge.Also includes AC and heating, working sink and shower, nice canopy attached to enjoy the outdoors, outside attached grill, speaker system inside and outside, Outside shower system incase for a fast cleaning or muddy shoes. Outside lighting system as well.The trailer also has a considerable storage space in the rear of the trailer, fits space for tables and chairs, modest sized bags for a family of 5 minimum, camping gear, and a spare tire in the back with jack included. The only problems I had with this rental experience I brought upon myself. I booked the travel trailer Thursday evening and showed up Friday afternoon to pick it up. Because of the short notice the trailer wasn't ready to go. My hosts got the trailer prepared and ready to go as quickly as they could. Everyone involved was very friendly and understanding. I would not hesitate to rent this trailer again for a future trip.
