Our Mobile Mansion travel trailer is in excellent condition. It is a TWO Bedroom, both bedrooms have actual doors! Outdoor kitchen, outdoor lights, awning, and sound system. When you walk in the front door you find yourself in a spacious living room with a comfortable couch that folds out into a bed for two people. The dining room has a large u-shaped dinette which also becomes a bed. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. There is also an oversized pantry and lots of cabinet space. The two super slide outs provide an oversized living, dining, and second bedroom.The master bedroom has a queen bed and two closets, and doors. There is storage above the bed as well.The bathroom has a door to the outside. Making trips back from the lake or fishing easy breezy for clean up. No dirty, sandy, wet foot prints tracking through the living area. The outdoor sink also has a sprayer to rinse off dirty feet.The second bedroom is absolutely humongous. Two full size bunks, a couch which folds out into a bed for two, and another bunk above it, additionally there is a closet, a storage bench with seat, and under bunk storage.All windows have screens and blinds&/or curtains.
The heating and cooling system is in perfect working order.We include a camco water filter with the travel trailer for your enjoyment and a portable black water tank for increased camp site flexibility.The travel trailer is loaded with all the easentials to make your camping trip perfect.-towels
