33 ft with 5 slides and sleeps 10-12 people. The back room is just that, a large spacious room and it is great to travel with your own food and a bathroom. Must have full hook-ups. It is too large for dry camping. Solar batteries have been added but it is not enough charge to last for more than a day or two and it will not run the air or heat. The awning has been broken by heavy winds in our area on numerous occasions and is therefore not available but a canopy can be provided for shade. Chairs and an outdoor mat are also provided. Dishes and clean linens are all included. Coffee maker and toaster also available. Beds are covered with allergy covers.

We have been married for 27 years and have traveled all over the US in various RV's over the years from a simple pop up to the 33 foot trailer we have now. We have 3 kids that knew how to hitch a trailer before they knew how to cook an egg. We've lived in RV's while we have built and remodeled houses and know how to make them comfortable for ourselves and our guests.
