This trailer is set up for families and friends alike. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people with a private cozy queen bed up front, triple bunks for the littles or extra guests, a fold-down dinette and a fold out couch. To complete your stay, you’ll find a roomy living space with everything you need to relax after a day of adventure.
An entertainment area with TV and DVD player.
The back bunkroom also has a Roku TV.
The blue tooth radio is set up to play your favorite tunes inside and outside.
The bathroom has plenty of storage and a clean, modern shower with a built in seat.
For the warmer days, there is a centrally located AC. And for those chilly nights, there is a furnace to keep you warm and comfy.
In the kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to cook should you choose to stay at camp for meals; including pots and pans, kitchen utensils, silverware, a toaster, 4 cup coffee maker (filters and coffee included), electric skillet, plates and bowls for 12, plus reusable and disposable cups and dishes. And don't forget the outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, small refrigerator, grill w/griddle, grilling tools.
Clean linens will be provided (with extras for the pull out and dinette as needed), and all bedding sheets, blankets, and pillows for up to eight guests are included in your nightly rate.
In the bathroom, you’ll find towels and washcloths (extras can be provided upon request), and travel size toiletries in the event you may have missed packing something. RV approved toilet paper is provided. (Important Rule: Only flush RV or septic-approved toilet paper. The paper we provide is compatible. Flushing anything else can clog the system and cause damage.)
Please note: if you’re planning to swim, you will need to bring your own beach towels.
There is a large outdoor rug available, camping chairs (seating for 4). Feel free to open and use the 17 foot awning (LED light switch inside the door) using caution while opening to not over-extend the arms.
Our #1 priority is to make your trip as delightful and stress free as possible! If there’s something specific that would make your stay even more complete, like a crockpot, blender, or any other small items just let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate. (While a camper functions much like a house, there are a few key differences that matter. Please let us know if you need us to do a walkthrough to familiarize yourself with the camper and it's ammenities.
Fresh water, Gray Water & Black Water Systems: Fresh water: 52 gallons. Gray water (sinks and shower): 82 gallons. Black water (toilets): 45 gallons. Tank levels can be monitored on the control panel in the bathroom. Keep freshwater hoses and sewer hoses stored separately at all times—do not mix them.)Cleaning Expectations: Please return the camper in the same condition or better than you received it. This allows us to prepare it properly for the next guests.
Before you leave: Wash and put away all dishes. Wipe down all surfaces, including Sinks, counters, table, stove, toilet, tub/shower (if used), microwave (inside if used), refrigerator (inside), Door handles and high-touch areas. Sweep floors and remove any sticky residue. Note: All the cleaning supplies to keep your space clean and return as received are provided, including a handheld vacuum!
Remove all personal items, food, and trash. You may leave bedding on the beds—we’ll handle that on our end.
We are not responsible for items left behind. If an item is found and you request its return, you are responsible for shipping costs.
Final Notes: All payments and financial transactions must remain within the rental platform. No exceptions.

Smoking related damage will result in a $75/hr cleaning fee + materials, deducted from damage deposit. If costs exceed deposit, you're responsible for balance. Damage done to interior of trailer is $75/hr labor + materials.

5.0Great RV for my stay. All setup and ready to roll when I arrived with all the creature comforts of owning your own camper. The back bunk area is perfect for kids but also for staging clothing and bags. Camper side fridge/stove along with access to camping chairs made it that much easier of a stay. I’d rent again.

The owners were great to work with and communicated with us before pickup to make sure everything was lined up and ready to go. 5.0Our motor home broke down the 1st morning of our trip. I was able to find Travis on here, and he had his camper dropped off and all hooked up for us at our KOA spot before we ever arrived. Took all the stress out of trying to figured out what we were going to do. Camper was extremely clean and well equipped with just about everything you could need. Cold AC & Hot showers and a fridge/freezer that work great! Great overall experience and would highly recommend!
