2023 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds 31E (Bunkhouse)

RV is on very decent state, I faced no issues during my travel. I was so scared to drive as it is a giant vehicle and I was driving for the first time but it drove like a car, awesome. Patrick is a cool host and prompt on response.

Host was helpful when we needed help operating things on the RV. However, it was very inconvenient to have to message for every issue. It would be extra helpful to review everything at pick up, or should have provided written instructions on operating the RV. For the rate charged, it would be nicer to update the bunk mattresses for a better comfort. The mattress was really worn down and sunk in, making it very uncomfortable for the four days sleep. The TVs were not able to be used for local channels and would only connect using Samsung. Owners didn’t allow to flush toilet paper in the toilet and toilet seat was very hard to use as it rocked while sitting on it. The water would have to be reheated every time it was turned off. For example, we would turn off the water wow washing our hair or body to save water then when we would be ready to rinse we’d have to wait for the water to reheat up again, causing a delay to use and wasting water. Overall, it was a rough experience, as we expected to have everything fully function properly. Lastly, the owner called the day before it was due for a return asking for when we were expecting to return it when we still had one more day before the return date. Unfortunately, we traveled with 11 people, with more than half being children and we’re not able to get back to return the RV at the exact time and were charged for a late return, which was a really huge disappointment because we paid extra to pick up the RV early already. If you’re looking for just a roomie drive, this may be a good choice for you but if you’re looking for a fully loaded great experience building memories, you may have a better chance with someone else.

We had a great RV trip and a memorable family adventure! Patrick was responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the process from pickup to return. The RV was clean, well-equipped, and handled the long road trip from Minneapolis to Colorado and back without any issues. Patrick was quick to respond when we had questions on the road. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable for our group, and we had everything we needed for a week of camping and sightseeing. Highly recommend renting from Patrick if you’re planning a road trip, his RV made it all possible!

The RV was fantastic—well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to bring anything extra. Patrick was incredibly kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information before the trip and staying available throughout our journey. He guided us through several things we weren’t familiar with, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
