No Smoking 🚭
Absolutely no smoking inside the RV. Any smoke damage will result in a cleaning fee.
No Pets Welcome
As much as we love our furry friends, The Roadstead is a pet-free RV to help ensure a clean and allergy-friendly space for all guests. Thanks for understanding!
No Climbing on the Roof
For safety reasons, please stay off the roof at all times.
Treat It Like Your Own
Please drive carefully, clean up after yourself, and be respectful of the space.
Mileage & Generator Use
100 miles/day included
4 hours/day generator use included (extra use charged per hour)
Dumping the Tanks
Return the RV with empty black and gray tanks or a $X dump fee will apply. We can also handle this for you—just let us know!
Return Policy
RV must be returned in the condition it was received: clean, fueled, and on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Driver Requirements
Must be 25+ years old and have a valid driver’s license with sufficient experience handling large vehicles.
