Host Darrick was very detailed in communication, readily available as needed, professional, and easy to work with for guests.
Steering and braking issues reported
Specific driving issues included a brake light out, questionable brakes, and steering needing adjustment. Guests reported non-functional generator, no heat or hot water, leaking shower, broken window, and general uncleanliness.

5.0The RV and thorough walkthrough allowed us to have a pleasant experience for our small family. This was our first trip in an RV and Darrick was very detailed in communication and was readily available as needed. The RV was as advertised and had everything we needed and then some. We would strongly recommend and can’t wait to plan the next trip.

1.0The rv was not as described. It was rough, broken window, couch bed had something poking it making it not flat, missing back window cover so no privacy, leaking shower, shower faucet not working at all. It lightly cleaned before we go it, once you open the doors/drawers it was dusty and dirty. The generator didn’t work on the drive up so it was hot and the fridge and freezer Took forever to get cold. The brake light was out, the brakes themselves were questionable and the steering needs to be adjusted. To drive straight I had the steering wheel at 9 o clock.

3.0The camper was not up to par. We had problems with nearly every major system except the engine and the A/C. No heat, essentially no hot water, camper wasn't clean, fridge took so long to cool down we couldn't buy groceries till the next day, the linens we contracted weren't there. Just not a great experience.
