Stay in our clean, hardly-used, off-road capable 2018 Forest River Flagstaff MAC 206LTD pop up tent trailer. Queen and full size slide out beds along with dinette that converts to one more full size bed, sleeps 6. It has newer, upgraded aftermarket tires and spare and is lifted for added clearance (known as an axle flip). Our trailer has an electric winch that raises and lowers the roof with a flip of a switch - avoiding the worst part of pop-ups, cranking them open! The heated bunk mattresses and built in bed fans ensure you sleep comfortably. This PUP is mid-size compact, one size up from the smallest size option at 1,700lb. Can be towed by most mid-size or full-size SUVs, wagons, and trucks. It has roof rack to mount your cartop carrier / ski rocket box or strap down accessories- but all rooftop gear must be removed before raising camper!Pet-friendly! Q.Does the trailer include a generator, AC, or microwave?

Our trailer does not have AC, microwave, or a generator.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on pickup and drop off times. We understand there are a lot of logistics involved to go on a trip, and don't want renting our pop-up to add to the stress. Just communicate what time you want to pick up - no matter how early - and late night drop offs are usually no problem.
Q.How do I setup the trailer?
A.
If you have never used a pop-up tent trailer before - or if you have never set one up one your own- PLEASE plan additional time at pick up to learn how to setup without damaging components. We are happy to teach you!! Pop ups are relatively simple especially with the electric winch - but it is surprisingly easy to cause permanent damage that is difficult to repair to moving parts, canvas, roof, walls and the door if you don't carefully follow the order of operations during setup and break down!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The trailer has a 30-amp plug and adapter to fit a standard outlet. The standard wall outlets on the trailer and the small refrigerator will only work if you are plugged into electricity. All other electric-powered accessories will work on battery (12v) including the LED ceiling lights, blower for propane heater, water faucet pump, USB-outlet, bed fans, bed heaters, and electric winch. If you are plugged in, the battery will stay charged.
