Ken & Sarah are great to work with. They provide a link for tutorial videos, which are very helpful preparing their renters for what is needed on their end especially for towing. They both are very easy to talk with, have great communication skills, and take pride in their trailer and work. Ken responded to our messages, texts quickly. He is very prompt, makes certain equipment is running properly, and shows you how to operate and/or care for its components/features. The trailer is clean inside & outside, tires with spare tire are in excellent shape and ready for our/your journey to begin. We dry camped inside Yellowstone National Park/YNP for 3 nights; we had our own generator. We also had 3 nights for our travels to/from YNP, camped in privately owned RV parks with full hook-ups. YNP is very beautiful; we looked above the crowds to witness, enjoy its magnificence; we’re very blessed; and had a wonderful trip. We experienced heavy rain, hail the size of gravel, cool temps, some sun. We felt bad for our fellow campers in tents; they prevailed. We feel we didn’t have enough YNP time.
