Owners are easy to work with, responsive, and provide excellent communication. They fixed a propane leak, offered full reimbursement for a breakdown, and even rented a car to help guests finish their trip home.

This clean, well-stocked 4x4 van drives well, handles backroads and snow-covered passes. It includes amenities like a comfortable bed, heater, chairs, dishes, and linens. However, one trip reported a propane leak affecting hot water and another experienced a breakdown.

3.0The van was fine and I mostly enjoyed my experience with it. I was surprised when I arrived and was told there was a leak in the propane line, which would make the heat and hot water not available. The owner had an idea to fix it. He ran to the store for parts while I moved my stuff into the van. The heater worked great for my trip. Sadly, I could not get the hot water to work.
