Renter Beware - The trailer was not safe to drive when we picked it up. The Part of the wheel that connected to the frame of the trailer was completely broken on one side of the trailer, causing it to lean heavily towards the driver side. We were told the camper was cleaned and sanitized, but the camper smelled of sewage, the microwave, fridge and over were dirty, and the pantry / drawers had piles of unusable stuff (dirty plastic utensils, old lotion, and wads of hair). We had to pay for an extra parking space at our camp site because we did not feel comfortable driving the trailer with our kids in the car. When we finally made it to the site, the black water valve had been left open and sewage spilled into our site. Ultimately, The owner was responsive to our communication but we will not rent from this person again and will take better care to when/if we rent again.
