RMNP is just an hour away with amazing hiking, camping, climbing options. Peaceful Valley and Dick's campground is also great for some creek time, bouldering and hiking!
Little further: Grand Teton NP, Yellowstone NP, Zion NP, Arches NP are all within less than a day of driving and both Wyoming and Utah are amazing for dispersed camping! Staying in the middle of nowhere with no cell service is a fantastic way to forget about work, stress, daily problems, can't recommend it enough :)

Dorottya and family are exceptional hosts, driving over an hour to fix an electrical issue. They are highly responsive, helpful, flexible, and even empty grey/black water tanks, offering early pickup/late drop-off.

5.0We unfortunately experienced unforeseeable engine problems just a few hours into our trip. Dorottya was incredibly responsive and as helpful as she could be in trying to help us with the situation. Unfortunately the truck was not going to be a quick fix and we had to make other plans. Dorottya, delivered my car to us personally as quickly as possible so we could continue our trip. I greatly appreciate all her efforts. It was disappointing, but Dorottya had our back all the way.

5.0Dorottya and her husband went out of their way to make our 2 week adventure around Colorado exceptional! In the beginning of the trip we had an electrical issue and they drove over an hour to Estes Park with there kids and fixed the problem. The customer service, communication, and kindness is unmatched! The truck and camper themselves were perfect for our trip allowing us to drive long distances and camp wherever we desired with all the amenities necessary. We can’t thank Dorottya and her husband enough for making this trip possible!!
