If the nights (or days) get a cold, there is a diesel heater that keeps the van toasty. Most of the appliances are electric and powered by the solar panels on the roof, but if the sun is being shy, the batteries can also be charged from the engine. With Finn you can easily go off the grid and still have the comforts of home!
